the location was decent, but the elephant in the room was the electric shower that barely worked. and honestly, i expected a luxurious room upgrade for my inconvenience, but instead, i got threadbare bedding! i almost thought about leaving a good review, but that sour coffee ruined it completely. what a disappointment.

The location is excellent. I was able to explore many attractions easily. The staff were incredibly helpful and assisted with all my inquiries and airport transfers. The breakfast had delightful options that started my day off right.

I stayed in the Economy Double or Twin Room with Shared Bathroom for 2 nights. The room was comfortable and clean, and I loved the hand-painted wall decor! The AC was smooth, but the bathroom could use some updates as it felt a bit dated. WiFi was decent, which was a bonus. Noise from outside was slightly bothersome at times. The staff were amazing, especially when I had an eye emergency. Andy went out of her way to help me. Great experience overall!
